Comfortable In My Person - Plus Size Or Size Four

Time has come when we all need to separate unreasonableness from genuine concern and accept that one person's body size, shape weight, or whatever can not be expected to be the same as the next person. For body size in particular, unless it is life-threatening, leave people be! If a person is plump

or fat, for instance, people need to understand that it should not be criticized or when someone is skinny.

Bodyweight, mass, or size does not necessarily prove that one person is healthier than the next. There is no proof that just because one is skinny, he or she is less healthy when compared to a plump person. The state of ones health can not be judged in just one way. There are many contributing factors to a person's well being and this includes mental health, emotional health amongst others. These are factors that contribute to a person's overall health. So when you start bombarding that person to go add some weight or to go lose some weight, don't you think you are hurting his or her mental or emotional state of mind? So what does that make you? Your answer is as good as mine.

I admit that I have always favored skinny for me not necessarily on someone else though I have told some persons close to me to go shed some weight. Interestingly I have been told by others to go put on some weight too and so I had cause to pause and think this through and drew this conclusion, there will always be those who prefer plus sizes and those who prefer the size fours too. But we would not be right to want to force our personal preferences to become law. Guys, it is still a free world.

With that said, if a person is comfortable with the way they are, then stop trying so hard to destabilize that confidence! That is sadist no matter what anyone says. You would do well to leave people be.

Has it occurred to the vast number of unsolicited for critics that a person, skinny or plump, may even be that way by choice? Does it occur to these critics that a skinny person may be doing all that is possible to stay that way? True there are those who are struggling with certain disorders (skinny and plump) and as stated earlier, this is why a person's health can not be attributed to body size and weight alone. It is time that we do away with such a mindset and attitude that people have to be the way we expect them to be. Has it occurred to you that the one you have decided to put under your microscope may strongly dislike the way even you yourself look?

It is quite irritating when as a person, someone walks up to you just to say something like so and so were recently discussing you, and then one or more persons dismissed you by saying words like "She is too skinny" or something in that neighborhood. Why on earth would you want or expect a person to get fat because you say or expect so or get skinny because you say or expect so? Does it not sound absurd to even you?

Well I once had such a statement directed at me and my response was; ''anyone who has a problem with the way I am should go hug a transformer". As simple as that. Heck, I try to keep fit and I am certainly more active than these people. Yes, I can safely say so because I exercise a great deal on my own in several ways-doing aerobics, dancing until I sweat the heck out of sweat, brisk walking (though within limited space) among other activities. I make every effort to also keep a healthy mind in a healthy body too and someone has a problem with my size? Come on, give me a break!

We need to begin to appreciate people around us some more. Let us come out of our self-constructed unrealistic ideals and remember first that God created us all and if he wanted us all in one size he could easily have made us so from the word go. Bear in mind too that the victim of your attack might have turned out to be an interesting friend if only you had given friendship a chance. Yes, given friendship a chance because, hey, why would I want to be friends with someone who clearly has issues with the way I am made body size or mass wise?

Sadly, this sort of subtle attack has constantly caused gullible persons to even contemplate suicide! You talk and do not see what your utterance has left in its wake; depression, loss of confidence, suicidal thoughts, and whatnot.

You as a critic are so pre-occupied with taking apart someone else that you fail to pay attention to its destructive effects on the victims.

I am inclined to think that people who are so interested in bringing people down this way (because that is what it is) are nothing but busybodies with too much idle time in their hands. Pardon my directness but it had to be said. Therefore I would suggest that such persons go get jobs! Do some useful things with their time!

Time is when we go past the physical to reach within to true friendship and accept that unless it is life-threatening or to the extreme, everyone should be comfortable in their person-plus size or size four.
